Appalling service, Umbro S.A

I bought two sweaters at Umbro S.A on their online store. They took very long to deliever and upon delivery one item was a small fit. I consulted their exchange policy and got in touch with them once again. This was in the beginning of August and they said their service provider would be in touch with me to collect the item and once they are satisfied they will send the exchange item. After a number of countless emails I am still waiting for them to collect the item a month later.
