So,I moved into this complex not knowing that the landlord tempered with the water meters.I was charged R2300 for my first month and I immediately gave the landlord notice.He got angry and started treating me badly.As we speak my water and electricity is off,he switched both of them off.I have my Mum and children in the house.My Mum have dementia and it's not being easy.Is it allowed to temper with electricity meters like that?The name of my landlord is peter van vuren,can't even put capital letters on his name lol.How do I handle this matter?
