Umbilo Car Wash not again

Situated in Sydney Rd, Durban, the service is pathetically slow to say the least. Waited for over an hour for the detailing to be completed on 3 cars ahead of me in the queue. Staff were hopping from one car to another, not completing any function in full on a particular vehicle. One time there would be 2 staff working on a car, the next the car would be left unattended , and the person would be talking to another staff member, while the other went wondering around, seemingly to check that he/she was not doing more work than any other member of the workforce. The manager seemingly has given up and I could feel his frustration. Needless to say I will not be supporting them again. They were not busy at all, and had more than enough hands to be a little more efficient!!
