Terrible product

Hi there, I bought the Umberto Giannini conditioner and shampoo for R170 as clicks didn’t have my normal John Frieda in stock. The guy recommended me this product. I tried taking it back but the clicks I bought it at said they need a slip. I can’t keep this as it’s very expensive and does not work at all for my hair. Please will you help me.
