Unprofessional - Avoid if at all possible
Very unprofessional. Invoices are constantly not correct and being replaced by 'corrected' ones, forcing additional banking fees if the invoice was already paid. I was told my deposit will be taken off of my last payment due since I have moved, and the next day I get a letter of demand for a 7-day-old request even though I was told my request is with finance. If at all possible, avoid this 'lack-of-service' provider. Their fees are astronomical, and their delivery is 3rd world.
