Worst Employer!

This Company is owing me a 25 % salary from March 2020 and they just keep postponing to pay me. Excuses about not having money but their very updated website suggested how Open for business they are despite the pandemic. During my time working for them I had payment issues of sick days with provided sick notes from registered docters. They Have Taken R3000 of my hard earned money to pay for Uniform and training. I dont understand this does my 1 shirt and my Null and Void training cost R3000?????
