I visited Ulusaba as an independent contractor. 1. Karl the GM is the best guy I've ever met, respect his staff. 2. Ulusaba give it's employees grocery every month. Every day the get to collect vegetables and meat. 3. They are giving their team vouchers in December and again in January to help kick off he year. 4. They are taking care of their employees mental health - by bringing myself and other consultants on site to help resolve any personal challenges at work or home.
