Ulundi garden court is a mess

I took my dad for his 70th birthday lunch at ulundi garden court. We waited for 1 hour 20min for food. Yes you read it right 1 hour 20min. When I went to ask about it , the chef said he is preparing it now and the manager “ Sabelo has left “ . I went to the bar and ask the waiter the to call the manager because obviously it won’t take 1hr 30 to make mushroom soup. He came to us and said they only make soup in the afternoon. Of which my dad asked why we weren’t told when we placed our order about this , he was lying ke because that soup was served while he was standing there. Lying to us . I pray ulundi hospitality department gives us something better than garden court garbage
