Order paid 26 June – no goods or refund after 8 weeks

I placed an order with Mountain Merchant on 26 June 2026 for two Men's Endura Pro SL Power Bib Shorts and paid R3,496.00.

As of 20 August 2026, I have received neither the bib shorts nor a refund. I have followed up repeatedly and have attempted to resolve the matter directly with Mountain Merchant. I have also raised the payment matter with ABSA and contacted Endura regarding Mountain Merchant's supplier status, but the matter remains unresolved.

I am posting this review so that other consumers are aware of my experience before purchasing online from Mountain Merchant.

I will gladly update this review if the products are delivered or my R3,496.00 is refunded.
