Invoice paid but no job done

<p>i recently dealt with a company called ultradot in midrand,they send me an invoice for a police clearence that was suppose to be done by ultradot,after invoice was paid still have not recieved a police clearence,everytime you call them there numbers are off or they respond by they have mailed it via email,but nothing comes through.</p>
