I purchased a dual view from Ultra Technologies about 4 years ago under the pretence that they were agents for DSTV. I stopped my DSTV over a year ago. MBD have been bothering me since then to pay my monthly premium. I have asked MBD as well as Ultra Technologies for a copy of my contract to see how long the term is. No success but still they hassle me every single day. How do I get to talk to Ultra Technologies?

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this company called MBD. Ultra Technologies want to inform you that we have never engaged or dealt with this company. Our business focuses on Installations only, and our payment terms are C.O.D. We don't have any accounts or contracts with our customers paid monthly. Therefore, there is no reason to work or engage with this company (MBD).
It surprises us that there are using our name to claim money from innocent people. From our investigations, it seems like MBD is a ********** ****. You are not the only one who was contacted by them claiming that there are calling on behalf of us. So we have tried to report these cases to the law enforcers. Unfortunately, they have said we can't open a police case about this issue if there's no one with their money ****** by them, and if there is, the person will be the one supposed to report the matter.
