Paid R550 for online company registration

On the 18 Nov 2015 I paid for and sent required documents to Ultra Registrations so they can register a company for me. To date I have received nothing from them and have had not been able to contact them by phone. Many emails from me to them has had no response. Just checked now and see their website is still up. Is it this easy to run a **** like this?
