Robbing pensioners and empty promises

My parents are pensioners and had to move to a smaller place because of financial circumstances.Their new home had no canopy at the front door which made it incredibly hot in the flat so they sold their furniture and got a good quote from Ultra Projects who came out the following day (18Nov) and asked for a R3000 deposit for a job that cost R3600.My parents only had R2000 at the time and that same afternoon Louis came for the money, promising to put up the canopy on Friday 20Nov as my parents had to be out of their house on 1 Dec. We have not yet seen Louis again.He won't answer when my mom phones him.I phoned him from my number at which point he gave the phone to JC who was incredibly rude saying that he doesn't like to speak to women as they twist his words.My mom heard today that they will come on 27 December:that is a Sunday. We are at out wits end
