AMAZING SERVICE FROM ULTRA PANEL BEATERS!!!!! I was absolutely impressed (this does not happen often) The incident happened on the 23.05.2026, my husband saw the vehicle was not drivable and then requested, we have vehicle towed. I called into SHD Global Assist and asked for Durban South Towing / RTA Towing to uplift the vehicle to their panel shop. I was advised ETA was 45 min and they pitched up about 10 minutes later, ready to tow the vehicle to the yard for safe keeping over the weekend. Monday morning, my quote was emailed through to me, and the vehicle was then assessed Monday afternoon. The vehicle was borderline write off states and between Byron and the Assessor – they helped me save the car 😊 (It was one of my late mums cars so has a lot of sentimental value to me and your team just understood the assignment) Well Done. So, the points I would like to highlight here: 1. The Car was delivered back to me in a better condition 2. Turn Around Time – was exceptional 3. Byron did not miss a beat, I received constant updates on the repairs and the processes to get to the completion. Where discussions and compromise needed to be reviewed, Byron explained the pros and cons perfectly for us to make a decision 4. Vehicle was delivered back to my house on Friday as promised. 5. A Lock Nut was missing and eventually after the 2nd Try for the correct fitting, Byron himself came home in the evening to have it attended to without us calling to query. 6. The Assessor and discussed the wheel bearing and re-inserting the same after repairs, however, when using the vehicle the weekend, the same was making a noise, my husband called Byron to advise, and he is more than happy to accept the vehicle in the morning to rectify. Well Done Team for great service and will most Definity be recommending you wherever I can.
