Ultra link android - Terrible device

I’ve been having endless problems with my ultra-link android decoder. My dstv stops working and needs to be reinstalled every 2 days. I did contact customer care and they supp**** me with an application on which to open my dstv. Then my Netflix stopped and about 2 weeks ago my dstv stopped working. After calling them several times, they tell me to uninstall and reinstall and reset. The customer service is horrific, the lack of enthusiasm when assisting me resolve this issue is frustrating to say the least. It’s just a really bad product on a whole!!!!!
