MJ still owes me R3000 from a 2014 deposit

<p>MJ is a **** and a ***********. I ordered a gate with wood inlays, paid R6000 deposit in November 2014, and that is when the trouble started. From excuses that his wife will pay back the money to wood is out of stock to suppliers froze his accounts. Eventually, after lots of fighting, he paid back R3000 in drips and drabs. He still owes me R3000 - so in my books, he is a ***** and a *******. But I see I am not the only person he is ********. His business back then was Unique Bars.</p> <p> </p> <p>MJ, Marius or Johan, whatever you call yourself these days - you still owe me R3000. It was your suggestion to rather cancel and refund me as you were struggling to get wood - or would you rather come and install the gate - for which you still hold R3000 deposit - which I still have the proof of payment for?</p>
