Bad service

I had a bad experience at Ultra food today for that matter i was chased away by a man in the office because i was asking why aren't they sending us SMS's that state that they don't have stock available so we don't drive for nothing and the lady in the same office as the man told me that she has been running the business for more than three years then she asked me who am i to tell her how to run her own business. By the time i was talking to the owners i had already bought a few stuff as i was refunding the goods the lady who was refunding me did not care and she jumped in my conversation that i had with my son saying all these nasty things. They service was bad.
