ULTRA ENERGY BAD SERVICE
I have installed a solar inverter with panels and Battery, i was told the system is under guarantee, my battery ran down and is still down, paid R40,000.00 trying to get hold of Arnold if he is Arnold, since May 2025 , i cannot get hold of them, left numerous messages and sent photos of the system NO SUCCESS, Please can you assist me in contacting them to fulfil their promise of guarantee

With regards to my complaint about Ultra Energy in Linbro Business Park, too date they have not call me. Please can you assist in contacting them.
How can i get my R40,000.00 back and they are coming and taking their useless system back.
As per their Invoice to me it was only installed in May 2025, still has a 10year guarantee
they must come and remove their system and refund my money Please
