Unprofessional Ultra appliance repairs

Please do not trust this company to fix or repair anything of yours. This guy (Danny Is his name) is extremely unprofessional, he came to fix my fridge and from the start he was and hour late, he and a guy who worked on the fridge (he didn’t do the fixing) ‘fixed it’, within 3 days it broke again, I paid this guy R1600 to get it fixed btw, I’ve called him several times, he does not answer, when he finally picks up, he says he’ll come on Saturday, he didn’t pitch. Called him several times, didn’t answer my calls again. I’ve had to let someone else call then he answered and told the person he was out and was drunk, that he can’t drive. Said he’d come on Monday, again the same situation, **** that he was on his way and then didn’t take my calls. It’s been 5 days with my fridge not working and me calling after this ***** of a business. whatever you do, do not use this business to repair any appliances of yours,incredibly unprofessional. Im convinced that this guy has no idea what he’s doing.
