****. Unprofessional. Disappointing

A ****. Stay away.

Came into fix our Bosch fridge. Listed a lot that was apparently wrong with the fridge and as I then (blindly) trusted him as the “expert” paid the R2.5k invoice no questions asked, only to check the fridge when I came back home that it’s not fixed and had taken out one of the drawers in the freezer part and was unable to put it back as he found it.

My partner was handling the whole thing. He promised her that he would come back next day to complete the job. No show.

I then had to now get involved. Called him and promised to come back to the apartment to finish and re-install the drawer. No show again.

Then called again and he says he forgot. Like what ? Are you for real! Promises to come the next day (which is a public holiday in South Africa.

At the time of posting this review, I’m going to have to wait and see if he does indeed pitch. I doubt.

I’ve since had to send a stern message to his/their WhatsApp contact which came a warning of our attorneys and police.

Sadly this is what can happen when you want to support small businesses.

Again , I repeat, stay away. It’s a **** and unprofessional.
