ULTRA APPLIANCE REPAIRS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Stay as far away from this business as you can. DO NOT USE THEM!!! We had a leaking pipe in our AEG dishwasher and contacted them to replace it. They pitched up a day late and supposedly fixed it. They charged R1,300 which I immediately paid via eft. A day later when my wife tried to use the dishwasher it did not function properly i.e. no water running through etc. and then it would'nt stop running. We had to switch it off at the wall plug. Since then if we switch it on it just sucks air, no water. Have tried repeatedly to contact them without success. Eventually I went on to their very impressive website and got a different number with the name of Danny. I phoned him and told him about the problem and he became abusive, sounded drunk and just rang off. The invoice that was rendered stipulated a years guarantee on all parts and workmanship. I don't if he was the same guy who came out to do the repair, but that guy had quite an attitude which I did not like, and to make matters worse his car spilt a huge amount of oil on my brick driveway which I only noticed after he left. SO PLEASE BE WARNED THESE GUYS ARE BAD NEWS AND DON"T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
