Top Class Service!

Well, I'm back with another review. Not so long ago I sent my Suunto Spartan Trainer WHR to Ultimo Group for battery draining issues. 2 weeks ago same watch's strap broke and I called on Ultimo again for their expert assistance. Last week they sent an email that the watch was on it's way, and again I expected their excellent client satisfactory service. To my surprise, they sent me a new Suunto 5!! This company keep upping their game, which means other companies are left way behind! Big ups to Natty Mokoena for his excellent service. Ultimo Group is blessed with such a knowledgeable employee. This company deserves more than just a 5 star rating!
