Great Service from Ultimo!

My Bushnell binoculars required repair. I contacted Ultimo by phone (they are the local agents), and they sent me an email explaining their process. I needed to register with them, pay a fee of R200 which covered the courier cost from and back to my home (I live in Mpumalanga, and they are in Johannesburg), which they facilitated. The courier arrived as promised, and they took the binoculars to Ultimo. About two weeks later, the repaired binoculars were returned, at no additional cost. Everything went smoothly, they always answered queries, and the service was excellent. I heartily recommend them and their service.
