Fantastic Service

I bought a Bushnell AR/223 telescope from Safari & Outdoor n few months ago and after the 4th hunt, the Bushnell name plate just fell off the side paralax. I tried calling S&O but no one ever came back to me. I drove the 1400 km to Johannesburg and went straight to Ultimo, the importers. Ready to put up a fight, I walked in only to have all the wind taken out of my sails by the very friendly, helpfull and professional Shirley who heads the repairs division. Without proof of purchase or original packaging, Shirley promised me a new scope or any other scope of the same value!!<br> Well done Shirley, your level of service excellence you dont find anymore.
