Bushnell Tour V3 Golf Range Finder

Very disappointed in the service I received. I sent in my golf range finder due to an error and they sent it back without any clear explanation to why it can't be fixed - they just said I have to purchase a new new (which I think is really bad) For a product that is so expensive - I would expect a longer life span / customer service!
