Mozambique trip ****mers

We booked a trip to Mozambique with them ,our travel date was supposed to be in December 2024 however we were told that all trips to Mozambique were suspended due to political unrest which was taking place during that period in Mozambique.They informed us that all trips will be rescheduled for April 2025 and we agreed with them that we will travel on the 26-28 April 25 the travel date is almost near and they are giving us excuses and saying they don’t have enough people who want to travel on that date therefore we can’t travel and they are refusing to give us the refund because they claim that they have paid accommodation and transportation but they can’t fullill the commitment.

They are ignoring our massage and respond to us after days,all we want is our full refund so we can plan with other service providers

These people are ****mers and ******* ,they are saying we will only be eligible for full refund in December which will be a year since we paid them for a trip which did not take place..Someone please assist us to get our full refund
