I'm trying with multiple props, from time to time. it's same as doing challenged with other brokers, only here, its the only feature. And you have the option to win a lot more. People who don't want to trade with their own money, use prop trading. Fee is tiny compared to the account size. It's all the same. While these firms give you big accounts after you clear the challenge, it is not that easy to clear it. I did the smallest one here, payouts are super-tiny too, $100-$500/month, I think its in part because trading is hard here. Only 1:5 leverage for metals, and Indices same.
