please use a different courier service in south africa. Amarex is simply the worst. cant update tracking. falsely claiming failed delivery attempts. whatsapp contact centre is useless and i can go on and on. this is a bad reflection on usn online store. Please sort this out

I called in on Tuesday to enquire whether it would be possible to expedite my order or collect it in person, as I was scheduled to travel to Cape Town the following morning.
