Animal neglect

Ultimate Sitters is a business run by Jet and Cherize. They offer to house-sit and take care of your pets while you are away. Neither Jet or Cherize arrived at my place even though they had agreed to house-sit for me. They left my babies outside and unfed and didn't even bother to let me know that they weren't at my place. After following up on them I had to make alternative arrangements from Cape Town. Thanks to their totally unprofessional behaviour my babies went without food for 26 hours and if I hadn't made alternative arrangements they would have been left for 3 days. Jet and Cherize are generally great but when they have personal issues they have absolutely no concern for any commitments that they have and don't care at all about leaving the animals that they are responsible for to suffer. Be very wary of using their services.
