Hi There<br> <br> I need your help. <br> <br> I have a complaint about a company mentioned above. I have received a call from an agent working for this company offering me a free trail on how to trade at JSE, INITIALLY THEY SAID TO ME THERE IS NO OBLIGATION FROM MY SIDE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY A TRIAL.<br> <br> After training me they told me that in the meantime I should sign a debit order from my credit card which will only be authorised once I am happy with the service they offering me. Before I could even start to use their service they debited R8 000 00 in two successive occasions ie, R5000 00 and R3000.00 respectively. I called them and asked why is this happening they told me it is a system error and they will refund me. Realising that I cannot afford their programme and I suggested to cancel it they wanted me to take a loan from their recommended financing company.<br> <br> I noticed that the repayment was also going to be high then I refused to sign up with that financing company. They continuously promised to refund me but still failed.<br> <br> I have not received my refund to date and now they changing the tune to say they cannot refund me. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Sharetrackin to Ultimate Prosper Solutions by hellopeter.com)</em></div>
