Not disclosing full information or giving feedback

Jakes offered Sharetracking software at a trial period which would have cost the same as Full DSTV. Never disclosing that they are deducting R24000.00 off my account for no reason given to me yet. Various calls to him and SMS's are unanswered and the technician that came to demonstrate the software also phoned head office, but no one could give me feedback. The call the head office did make 3 days later was to tell me to put it in writing where the technician already had the complaint in writing.
