Sharetrackin sales person Jakes v d Merwe misled us in saying that we will make lots of money with their product on the JSE. We were told by Jakes that if this product works for us they will take money from our account after 3 months. They took the money from our account within a few days. Jakes went outside smoking, answering his phone (many times) and complained about the smell from the factory. He told us to hurry up so he can get to his other appointment. On hello peter we found several complaints about misconduct from Sharetracin's part. We phoned Jakes and asked to cancel and he said that he would come back, which he never did. We tried to cancel using the 5 day cooling off period as stipulated in the agreement but was unsuccessful due to Jakes having opened the box with software and this was 1 of the conditions that the box should not be opened. We returned the opened box with unopened software in person to their offices in Pretoria and was told by Mircha that cancellation looks favourable on 22/12/14, which had not happened until now 25/3/15. We made a ******** case at the police: case: 551/2/2015.
