Two years ago we decided we needed a pool while in lockdown. We found Ultimate Pools. Their range of pools and expert knowledge allowed us to taylor our pool experience with our home and our budget.

I understood that getting a pool meant I had something I needed to maintain and invest in its functioning.

The first snag we hit was when the incorrect pump was accidentally installed. We live in a two story house and the solar panels on the roof needed a stronger pump. The pump that was installed burnt out. The error was acknowledged and the pump was replaced. That was extremely professional service.

My little son threw a brick in our new pool and we had not yet figured our to maintain the pool, they came out to help and assist me to manage my pool.

Two years later a solar panel took some wear due to the Cape Town sun and showers of water down from our roof and they come out to repair it.
