While ive never dealt with a grooming service before, this must be by far the worst experience of customer relations experience ever. Im based in the springs area, I commissioned this pet grooming service to wash my 4 year old white cat, who sheds alot of hair and hasnt been groomed in years. I expressly told them my cat was never groomed, isnt very friendly and since she hasn't done this before, im not sure how she would react. I also asked if i should be present and was told that it wasn't necessary. On visiting my home, i had two of the most disinterested persons attending. The female had a look and demeanour of someone who was not interested nor eager to do the grooming. The male asked me if the cat is aggressive and I immediately said yes, and the demeanour of the lady just went south from there. The male attendant even said that id been **** to by the company when i told him that id forewarned the company of my cat's behaviour. No attempt was made to befriend the cat, or endear him. Eventually after seeing i was annoyed at their non interest, i was told to bring the cat to the trailer. My cat made a noise and immediately both said theyre not allowed to groom. What was disturbing was that no person consulted with me about the entire grooming process, i had to ask questions to engage them on whatsap. The person on whatsap was more interested in me signing up for months at a time, to secure my business and money. I was reminded to pay a week before services were booked, and only to find the service/consult/grooming interview or non existence thereof only took under 5 minutes. And then i called the services to be told that someone would call me. I received a WhatsApp asking for my banking details and not even a call to clear out the miscommunication. These ppl dont deserve one star. A money making scheme to lure unsuspecting people to sign up for a service they're not equipped, qualified or prepared to do. Sies man
