Poor customer service!!!

Brought my car for a major service. They didn't do everything that is included on the major service list. All they did was to change my oil, air filter and diagnose the car only!! Nothing more! E. g Vehicle inspection etc Whereas I paid for a major service. I personally wouldn't go back to that place! Ever in my life. They really gave me poor service for my money! Hard earned money! I really wish I had known how much of a bad customer service they give! I wouldn't have gone there but now that I do, personally I won't go there for repairs or whatever reasons, I wouldn't even recommend the place to my friends, family or anyone for that matter!! Nxa!!
