Good morning I want to report Ultimate German used BMW spares Their address as follows: 9 First Avenue Alberton Telephone : (011) ********** I spoke to Mr Leonard I took my BMW 320i E90 For replacement of new clutch kit and Fluffy wll My invoice is Dated 15/08/2018 amount of R 11500.00 After one week I went back to them I complained I was not happy the gear was hard They said maybe is new Again I went for the second time I explained my car is shaking also the gear . I expressed my feelings to them that is something wrong

Is either something was fitted wrong or the clutch is not right On Friday I was going to Jhb I nearly got an accident. The clutch was broken My concern is a first time changing clutch plate. I'm only driver who is using my car after 12 years. From 2006. I don't know they discriminate me because I'm a woman. I need an answer
