ridiculous service provider

These people are the worst to book your vacation with. we have paid our booking and tried to make rearrangements since we could not travel due to covid, but they do not bother to contact us back. they are just ridiculous and no customer service whatsoever. their consultants do not bother to advice on progress of your booking or any other assistance to your query.
