Worst workmanship ever experienced

QUINTON VISSCHER( Correctly spelled with a "V") installed a 6x4 roof over stoep. Sheeting to short and now leaking against building. Gutter very badly installed. Overlapping of sheeting only one corrugation where building requirements is 3 corrugations. Even the post have not been fixed with concrete. They topped it that it looked like that the posts have been concreted. He tried to avoid me to have fixed date for a meeting. I told him not to avoid me. The next I get is a whatsapp message stating that I have to repair it myself.
