Poor service delivery

What a horrible and disapointing experience I had with Ultimate Branding Solutions. I dropped off 2 t shirts for single chest print of both of them at 10:00 am in the morning, the next afternoon at 12:00 I go to collect only to be told that they have not even started on them yet. Then another 2 hours later I go back yet again and then only for them to tell me the machine is faulty. Now two days later I have to go and collect my still blank unprinted t shirts and take them somwhere else. Avoid at all costs, rather find proper compitent guys to do the job but this was **** poor service delivery on their part.
