Uncaring attitude to their lack of professional service.

I received a very bad experience with this company. I requested a quotation for fitting of blinds for all my windows and sliding door, after waiting for more than a month with no communication from them when they finally came to install the blinds there was 1 window blind short from my order and I was told thats what the quotation I agreed reflected, of which the quotation was misrepresented according to me as they separated the sliding door blinds and did not let me know that is the case so I took it that the 2 blinds on the quote were for the sliding door and the window which according to them was not the case. I was told that it is my fault that I did not query it when I accepted the quotation, but how would I have known that the 2 blinds for the lounge where both for the sliding door. I have a window without a blind and the only thing they interested in is for me to pay the balance of their money for the service of which I have no problem in paying but I want a solution to their mispresented quotation.
