***UAL HARRASSMENT

My younger sister took her car here to get washed. Staff wrote "send nudes" on the inside of the back windscreen. She felt too anxious and uncomfortable to say something to the manager in the shop so I called the company the following day. The owner/manager refused to acknowledge that this happened. Tried to shift the blame by saying my sister should have spoken to him, even after I explained that she felt anxious. He had really poor communication skills and the customer service during this experience was nothing short of disgusting.
