Bad Service Ultimate Auto

I am disgusted by the level of service received from this dealership, last week Saturday I went to view and test drive a vehicle I wanted to purchase from this dealership, I then informed them of my interest to purchase it Monday. During last week I was liaising with their financial administrator Nadine to get pre-approval from the banks, on Friday Nadine gave me the final pre-approval from Standard Bank, I advised her that I would be chatting to my wife and will revert back to them. Instead they proceeded to process another application without informing me, the person that made the first application with them.

Ultimate Auto have no integrity whatsoever.
