UIF bad service

My experience has been horrible so far. From the customer service to their processes. I'm at risk of loosing my livelihood, I reside far from uif, I stand in queues just to be sent back. Call center is outsourced so they are unhelpful and unprofessional on the phone. System outdated and always offline
