Waiver approval but account in arrears

My application for waiver of loan repayments was approved in April 2021 after I submitted confirmation of my retrenchment was sent to Jor****o Malan at your offices. He confirmed that the waiver would be processed by the Claims department. However my loan account shows in arrears.
