Useless, that is what the u stand for.

U Loans, what an *********** company with *********** staff. So here is jy story... I app**** online for a personal loan after getting a SMS that I have been provisionally approved for a loan. Did the application online and uploaded all my documents. Two days after doing my application still nothing from ULoans... I phoned twice and after holding on the first time for 13 minutes, second time for just over 20 minutes only to be cut off. I then sent an email, and up and till today still have not received a reply... (5 days later) then tried to send them a whatsapp... Left a message there to say I want to follow up on my application.. 6 hours later I received a call back from a lady about my message I left. When I asked her about my application she said I was declined because of my bad credit score... I just bought a brand new car a month ago financed by one of our biggest financial institutions... Just saying.... Literally 7 minutes after this call (Friday afternoon 27/8) I received a call from a lady from ULoans asking me for one more bank statement as they are busy processing my application... (which was declined due to my bad credit score)

When asking the Petunia lady who phoned me for the bank statement why they said I have a low credit score and that I was declined she said sorry that the other lady made a mistake.

Monday morning I follow up with Petunia about my application, she says they are still busy with my application. (I sent the requested statements on Friday already...)

Just received a mail from her, just a mail, no official documentation that I have been declined due to affordability...

Just PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ULOANS, WASTE OF TIME COMPANY WITH *********** STAFF..

P.S: most probably a waste of more time to think they will respond, at least I have the opportunity to warn potential customers to steer FAR AWAY from ULoans.
