ULOANS POOR POOR SERVICE !
Absolutely disgusting service !
got SMS to advise i provisionally approve for a loan.
i call and get the rudest greeting ( Very unprofessional - not even a "Hello speak to *** from ULoans , how can i assist "..... no just a "hello"
i asked the person to assist with this SMS and i must send all docuemnts for the loan directly to her. i did this and tried to login to the website and register with my details.
Website said i am already a customer and have signed up with Email / ID number ( NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE OR HEARD OF ULOANS IN MY LIFE !
Contact them on Whatsapp and call , they advised me i should know as i signed up , they cant provide me with a username or assist to have it reset ? FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I HEAR THIS FROM A COMPANY ! WOW i am dumbstruck by this .......... like really ? you dont have a database that has all this info ? this is super concerning and worrying me now that i sent all my bank details , ID , ETC to you guys ....
Seriously poor poor service
