ULoan are one company to be shut down

I am very frustrated with the way the company treated my case. I took a loan with the company last year and the payments were via debit order. In January this year the company did not debit their payment, when I called to ask I was told there is a problem with their system they are going to try again to debit. This happened for three months and the office will call and I will agree to DEBIT ORDER to be done. In April I decided to pay off the account. To my surprise, I was called by the lawyers that I have not been paying the account. I explained to them and even called the office.

This was not my fault but I find myself with an adverse report on my credit bureau. My score has gone down because of the incompetence of the system. I asked your office to fix my report but till today you have not fixed anything. I cannot take any loan with the banks because of the report you have submitted at the credit bureau.

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. No one is saying anything, even updating me about what is happening with the account. An apology from your office will not solve my report and credit score.
