Overdraft fees incurred on unauthorized debit attempt
I have taken out a loan and been paying my monthly installments on time. December 21,2020 my installment went off as per normal Then an attempt again December 31,2020 and January 6,2021 leaving me in a minus on my statement I have reached out numerous times and also sent through my bank statement as proof of attempt to deduct and the overdraft fees incurred. Just yesterday I followed up again and still no feedback.
