Negative listing on Credit Bureaus
Good day
U loans assisted me with a loan in November last year which I was very grateful for as at the time my credit report was bad and no one else would assist me. The debit date we agreed on was the 25th as I get paid on the 25th. I noticed on some months they tried to debit prior to the date. Today I pulled my credit report and it reflects that I have skipped two months of payments, this is now a negative listing on Experian and it has brought my score further down, I have tried calling the number *** a few times and I keep getting that all the consultants are busy, I need this listing removed please and updated. I have never missed a payment, please assist in sorting this out.

06 Apr 2021, 16:39Thank you for responding, I have sent an email to ***it> , she has responded and said its updated on your system, but I need this updated on Experian, as it shows that I am two months behind and it has altered my credit score. Please get someone to do the update on Experian.

14 Apr 2021, 17:30I need somebody from uloans to contact the bearues, U loans have admitted that this was a system error , you need to understand that because of this system error y score has been killed. I have worked the whole year trying to fix it now this, I must just accept that an update has been sent to the bearues and I must wait??? You are very quick to send the updates to them , but something that has occurred because of a system error, must inconvenience me, Somebody needs to pick up the phone and fix this! I am escalating this to the credit ombudsman, this is messing up peoples lives.
