Innocent citizen taken for a ride by Uloans.

My experience with Uloans has been horrible, frustrating and upsetting.

I took out a loan with them which I have paid every month, on time and made full monthly installment required. However, Uloans have continue to incorrectly update my ITC status since March 2021 as someone who has missed a payment and in arrears.

I do not understand if it was an error the first month, but second and third month is definitely not an error. This has not only affected my credit status which I have been trying so hard to build but affecting my life. As this information comes up when I apply with other credit providers.

I have tried to have this matter resolved but only to be told that I have to go and sort it out with the ITC providers. For an error that they have made on their side.

I have since have been trying to get this matter sorted but Uloans continue to yet update my status incorrectly.

I am really frustrated and would like to get all the assistance I can get or advise as to how do I now have Uloans pay for the inconvenienced that they have and continue to course to me and my life.

Anyone who can assist with the next step to take in this regard, please please.
